I’ve been listening to Lady Sovereign a lot lately, and I’m not exactly sure why.
Her rhymes are reminicent of Eminem and Weird Al, and her beats are moderately electronic, it’s pretty cool.
In other news, I went on the Santa Train with McKenzie last weekend sans Cathy 
I still say she should have come. Oh well. Just to see Zie’s eyes light up when Santa came into the room was enough to make me almost lose it. She’s growing up so fast, it’s amazing to see she’s already developed a personality that’s all her own. She’s so outgoing, hot potato is nothing special to her. She loves everybody. It’s crazy.

P.S. Winter has finally arrived in the northeast. It was 82 a week ago in PA then it was 28, yesterday it was 50, today it’s 35… I hate the ping pong of weather this time of the year lol
Linkin Park Returns

I just found out yesterday that Linkin Park has been confirmed to show at the Bamboozled Festival in East Rutherford, NJ in May. Word has it they will be playing tracks off their highly anticipated 2007 album.
I have to admit, I’m real curious where Linkin Park is heading and what their sound is going to be after Mike Shinoda’s stint as a solo hip hop artist (Fort Minor’s The Rising Tied)
I think I’m going to pick up a couple of tickets and try to find someone to go with me. So far, Linkin Park and My Chemical Romance are listed. I’m not too much into emo as a genre but I like what I’ve heard from My Chemical Romance. Time will tell, this could be fun.
On a sidenote, I’m heading to my fifth year class reunion at The Public House in Philly. I still don’t know why I’m going, I never liked the most of the people I went to school with…
